Terms and Conditions – dwei11 Online Gaming Platform

01 Introduction

Welcome to dwei11. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and dwei11 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the dwei11 website, mobile application and all services offered through them.

02 Eligibility and Registration

04 Deposits

• If a deposit fails or is reversed by your payment provider, dwei11 reserves the right to adjust your account balance accordingly.

05 Withdrawals

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• dwei11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals of real-money deposits that have not been used for gaming may be subject to a review process to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

dwei11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports reload bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be played through before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game type are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used and any winnings from bonuses not met with wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.

07 Gaming Rules

• All bets and wagers must be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance. You cannot bet more than your current account balance.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dwei11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from dwei11.

11 Limitation of Liability

dwei11 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• dwei11 is not liable for any losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, technical faults or third-party service interruptions, including payment provider issues.
• dwei11 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• dwei11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or financial loss arising from your use of the platform beyond the refund of your deposit stake in the event of a technical fault during a game.

Nothing in these Terms limits dwei11's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

dwei11 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will provide notice through the platform and, where appropriate, by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will show the date they were last revised at the top of this page.

If you continue to use dwei11 after the updated Terms have come into effect, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

13 Account Closure

You may close your dwei11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

dwei11 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Identity verification has not been completed or documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent.
• Suspicious financial activity or fraud indicators are present on the account.
• The account is found to belong to a player who is under 18 or currently self-excluded.

Where an account is closed by dwei11 for breach of these Terms, dwei11 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
